Hey Allie,
One thing that can be invaluable is to hire a good personal assistant on Odesk. Be selective but finding a good one can save you lots and lots of time for stuff you don’t want to do or don’t have time with. This could be anything from having them send you 20 post per week that are interesting to your niche in which you can share on Hootsuite or any of your automated social media sites. From the list that they provide you could also take 1-2 hours of your time and manually blog comment on some post to build links to your site. Make sure you add value or there is no point in adding a comment. Lastly, if your running contest have them Google “Rafflecopter listly” and enter your url and title in tons of sites. You can get massive exposure to your giveaways this way

I think it is especially hard if your WAHM gig is blogging or computer-related. It’s all too easy to start off working, but then get distracted or sidetracked with all the social media and other links you encounter. I have found setting time blocks (I use a timer) to only work on a specific project is very effective. Thanks for the tips!
Thanks Rosy. Did you enter your tip into the contest?

What a great idea to gather ideas for busy moms! I will agree with Garen that a personal assistant is vital to a busy mom or blogger. I have never heard of Odesk but I know I have gained much more time by utilizing my assistant. She is also a great gateway to new ideas and organizational procedures.
Also it is so so important to take time for yourself. If not you are not running your business, it is running you.

Susan,
I am just waiting for the day when I can hire a personal assistant. Hopefully this year. I know I can get so much more done. And I never thought of it that way, she could be a gateway to new ideas.
Thanks for the idea.

Hey Ms Allie! I just sent you my tips via email and this is a great contest. What I like most about this is offering tips to newbies that have no clue what to expect and what others that have been online can offer as advice. Experience is golden when you need help. I hope I win…ha ha!
